Shipping & returns

What's your shipping policy?
We can ship anything to the continental US! We provide ground, 2nd day air along with in-store pick up.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we do not offer shipping on larger items, such as furniture and breakables. These items can be ordered online for pick up at our Guadalupe showroom!

As of now, we are not able to provide shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii. For special requests, please email [email protected].

Also: please note that P.O. Boxes may have some delivery restrictions. We ship through UPS so please reach out to them with specific questions.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Maaribu. If something isn’t working out we will happily exchange or refund any items (in their original packaging/ condition) within 10 days of delivery, based on your UPS receipt. We can also accept returns in store, at our Guadalupe location.

If you are shipping a return, you are responsible for safely packing and shipping the items back to the shop. Maaribu cannot replace items damaged or lost during the return shipping process. When shipping a return, please include a printed copy of your order with your return shipment.

Once your return is processed you should receive a confirmation email. Please be patient, we are a small team and it may take us a couple days to get your return processed.

Just like in our store, we are unable to accept returns on personal items (such as soaps, brushes, towels) or bed linens once they have been opened or used. All sales are final on furniture and special orders.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
Due to the time our dedicated team spends preparing each order, cost of shipping products and postage, we are not currently able to offer free shipping. We are so appreciative that you have chosen to shop small businesses, like Maaribu and we are also proud to pay our staff for their time during the shipping process. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our [email protected] email.

Need to update your address?
Wrong address, it’s no problem! Please reach out ASAP to [email protected] so we can correct the address before your item(s) ship.

Signature Requirement :
The Maaribu requires a signature at the point of delivery for all shipments valued over $500.00. If you would prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us or make a note when placing your order. Please note that Maaribu cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We will not be able to waive signatures for shipments valued over $1000.

Missing Packages :
Once delivered, Maaribu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to include any special delivery instructions when placing your order. If you suspect your package has been stolen or mis-delivered, we recommend checking with your mail carrier and neighbors.
